Novis Works^® LLC was established in the fall of 2008 as a metalcasting consumable company. Since this time, the company has experienced steady growth by adding experienced technical sales, chemists and manufacturing engineers. Throughout this growth, our core business philosophy has been to develop long term relationships with our customers by providing customized solutions. We have logged countless hours of training and research to stay current with the latest controls, software and process developments for our customers. Our team comes from strong metalcasting and industrial backgrounds in plant settings so they understand the applications and processes first hand. Each of our technical sales team members has over 25 years experience in industrial processes in the metalcasting industry.

Introducing HyperCURE^® & HyperADD COREPRO
Launched HyperCure^® Phenolic Urethane Cold Bold Bake Systems (PUCB). The systems are designed in the modern manufacturing and highly automated SMART mixing technology driving the highest consistent quality resin systems. Added HyperAdd COREPRO, a new engineered sand additive to the line up of HyperADD products for metalcasters specialized needs.

Launched HyperFUSE^® Polyol NF
Developed HyperFUSE^® Polyol Urethane No Bake Systems designed with Non Ferrous Metalcasters in mind. Polyol Urethane Systems drive value as designed to break down quickly for maximized shakeout.

Expanded SonicSTIK^® into Water Base
Expanded the SonicSTIK product line to include a “W” version, water based environmentally friendly. Our water based glue is available in multiple viscosities. The “W” version is commonly used to glue large No Bake Molds.

Commissioned Manufacturing Line 2.0
Integrated the SMART MT Systems Technology into the manufacturing systems. The mixing efficiency and ability to produce in-line provides tremendous advantages to drive the highest quality and consistent products.

Launched HyperFUSE^® & New Manufacturing Line
The HyperFUSE^® Phenolic Urethane No Bake Systems are formulated to deliver optimal core/mold properties and economic benefits. The significant investment demonstrates how State of the Art Technology transforms high quality in Modern Manufacturing.

Unveiled SonicSTIK^® Core & Mold Adhesive
Developed the SonicSTIK^® formulations to produce strong bonds between molds and cores very quickly. The “R” version can be used for normal gluing on any type of sand bond where a rapid evaporation adhesive is required.

Introduced HyperADD & ARC Amine Recycling
Developed HyperADD, a highly engineered sand additive for cores and mold solutions. The ARC (Amine Recoverable Concentrate) allows metalcasters to remove and recycle materials from their site which demonstrates how Sustainability Pays.

Developed HyperSET^® & HyperSLICK®
Developed HyperSET^® Epoxy Acrylic SO2 Binder System and HyperSLICK® Release agent, both of which are produced in highly engineered modern manufacturing systems. Continued to expand technical capabilities through investment.

Formed NOVIS WORKS^® LLC
Novis represents New Innovation Change and Works identifying with streamlining business functions and optimized efficiencies. We joined the two to become NOVIS WORKS. In addition, completed Investment in additional Research & Development Assets.
